Our Policies
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of custom orders and digital downloads, these will not be eligible for returns nor exchanges. Physical items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. If the item was on sale at the time of purchase, the amount paid is what will be refunded.
Canceled Orders
Order cancellations must happen within 48 hours of order placement to receive a full refund.
Processing Times
All products are made in house and thus require longer processing times. Current processing times are up to one week. Please note that this policy may change with custom orders and due to fluctuations in order traffic, but this page will remain up to date with current processing times.
Shipping
Tea's Crafting Cove is not responsible for items once they leave my shop and enter the hands of USPS. If you have selected free letter mail shipping for a sticker and it has not arrived within two weeks, please contact us. Otherwise if you have issues with delivery of your order, we recommend opening a case with USPS.
Orders returned to seller due to incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer to replace. The customer will be asked to pay for new shipping should this occur. If you need to change the shipping address before the item has shipped, please reach out and we will be happy to fix it for you.
